1.Processing Time

The estimated time frame is listed in the Specifications module on every product page. Most items are request 3-5 business days to handcraft. 

2.Shipping Time

We provide free shipping service, and the delivery time usually takes 5 to 8 work days. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Sending Your Gifts Directly

Please feel free to order and send your gifts directly to the recipients through Valorgleam. We don't include invoices in our packages.
